Unless the consumer receives an incorrect item, we cannot process any refunds. If your item is lost or stolen, upon further investigations, we will attempt to work something out. It's important to note, if the are shipping delays or delivery attempts or delivery issues, please be aware we are not at fault and will do our part to make sure you get the best attention. Any used condition merchandise will not be honored as a "return" so please do not attempt to return any merchandise because we will not consider it as such. No, unfortunately we don't offer global shipping as of now. However do ship to all 50 (fifty) states in the USA.
It depends on where you are located. We do ship 1-3 days to help speed up the process. Orders processed here may take 5-10 business days to arrive. Please keep in mind these are just estimates, your goods may arrive way earlier or later than that. It all depends on the demand of the carriers (USPS/ Fed-Ex/UPS/ect). Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We will provide a tracking number to your email. Please make sure your address and name credentials are correct before placing in order to avoid issues or delays.

It depends. If we have already shipped your item to the carrier unfortunately we are not able to pause or stop the process, if that is the case then we cannot cancel the order. Since it' in transit and in the carriers possession, we are not able to. If we have your goods in our possession then there is a possibility to cancel the order.
